what you will see and where you will spend your eternity

1.  We All have Sinned

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”
Romans 3:23

The Bible clearly states that we are all sinners
and deserving of an eternity in a real place called Hell.

2.  We Can’t Earn Heaven

“Not by works of righteousness which we have done,
but according to His mercy He saved us” Titus 3:5

There is nothing that we can do that would merit Heaven,
not good works, kindness, giving to charity, baptism or church membership

3.  Jesus Paid the Price for Our Sins

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord” Romans 6:23

Long ago, Jesus Christ sacrificially provided the payment
for our salvation by dying on the cross for our sins

4.  We must Repent of our Sins

“I tell you! Nay; but except repent
ye shall all likewise perish” Luke 13:3

Acknowledging that we are sinners, we must truly be sorry
for the sin and repent and ask God for forgiveness

5.  Accept Jesus’ Gift of Eternal Life

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” Romans 10:13

Don’t put it off because we never know what our future holds

 The ABC Plan of Salvation

A – All

1. All have sinned — for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God – Romans 3:23
2. Will be ruined by sin — For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. – Romans 6:23
3. We must repent — I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish – Luke 13:3
4. Everyone must come through Christ — Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me John 14:6.
5. Will be judged — And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment – Hebrews 9:27

B – Believe

1. “So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Acts 16:31
2. That Jesus is the Son of God — “Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God” Matthew 16:16.”  
3. That Jesus died for our sins — “For I delivered unto you first of all that which also I received: that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;” 1 Corinthians 15:3  
4. That Jesus was raised from the dead — “and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures”  1 Corinthians 15:4
5. That Jesus Believe that Jesus will save us and cleanse us — “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”   1 John 1:9  

C – Confess

1. “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10:9-10
2. “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 10:32
3. “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12

By Confessing your sins
and Believing in your Heart
That Jesus Christ is the Son of God
And He died for your sins
and He rose on the third day
with ALL Power, . . .
You will be part of Jesus’ Kingdom!

Most Gracious and Heavenly Father I come to You now in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ. 
I confess that I am a sinner and that I have sinned against You. 

I ask You to forgive me for all of my sins and I repent for my sins and
I choose to follow and obey Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. 

I believe in my heart that You sent Your Son Jesus Christ
to die for my sins on the cross at Calvary. 

I believe that Your son Jesus Christ was born of the Virgin Mary,
was crucified and died on the cross at Calvary for me.   

I believe that after 3 days He was raised from the dead and ascended into Heaven. 
I ask You Jesus Christ to be the Lord of my life and
I receive You now as my Lord and Savior with all of my heart. 

C – Continue

1. In the Word — “Jesus therefore said to those Jews that had believed him, If ye abide in my word, then are ye truly my disciples;” John 8:31  
2. “Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.”  1 Timothy 4:13
3. In prayer — “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatsoever ye will, and it shall be done unto you.” John 15:7  
4. In Obedience — “If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in His love.” John 15:10
